Judy Montero
Judy served for nearly 32 years with the City and County of Denver, including elections to three terms (12 years) as the City Council representaive of District 9, historically made up of the most diverse neighborhoods in the city of Denver.
Among Judy's accomplishments on Council from 2003-2015 was helping redevelop the La Alma-Lincoln Park, Highland, Globeville, Swansea and Elyria neighborhoods with high emphasis on comprehensive land use and zoning decisions as well as community health and sustainability. Some of her accomplishments while on City Council include:
